Italian newspaper Il Corriere dello Sport claims the Spaniard, who has only been at PSG for one season, has agreed a three-year deal with the Giallorossi, currently managed by Luciano Spalletti.
Sevilla's outgoing director of sport Monchi is expected to switch to Roma at the end of the 2016-17 campaign, but Emery insists there will be no reunion at the Stadio Olimpico.
When asked if there was any truth in the stories at his press conference to preview Saturday's clash with Montpellier, Emery told Le Parisien: " I'm not on the market.
"I have a contract with PSG for next year. Moreover, the president (Nasser Al-Khelaifi) gave me all his confidence, in difficult times as in good times, and I must give him all that confidence.
"For all these reasons, I tell you that this is not true. I haven't signed with another team. My thoughts are 100 per cent about PSG."
PSG are currently level on points with Monaco at the top of Ligue 1 and would move top of the table with a positive result against Montpellier.
