Ronaldo heads Portugal 1-0 ahead against Morocco at halftime

MOSCOW, June 20 (Reuters) - Cristiano Ronaldo drilled in a fourth minute header to give Portugal a 1-0 lead over Morocco at halftime in their World Cup Group B match on Wednesday and take his goal tally at the tournament to four.
