Celtic lose to All-Star

Colombians Juan Pablo Angel - formerly of Aston Villa - and Juan Toja scored in the first half to lift the MLS team to victory.

Angel, now of the New York Red Bulls and the player to receive most votes from American fans for the match, has scored nine goals in his first 11 games since joining from Villa.

His goal was provided by Houston Dynamo midfielder Dwayne De Rosario, who threaded a ball through and Angel rounded Celtic goalkeeper Artur Boruc to finish.

FC Dallas midfielder Toja doubled the lead on the stroke of half time, striking the ball home with his left foot following a free-kick.

Gordon Strachan's Celtic were poor and had only two shots on target in the 90 minutes.
