Mihajlovic is set to replace Filippo Inzaghi as coach. El Shaarawy has been plauged by injuries in recent times. He played only 18 games for Milan last season in Serie A scoring three goals.

"We can’t rule anything out.
"There were several offers, both in January and now in the summer, offers which we looked at. There have been several teams interested, Stephan is a player who lots of teams like."
El Shaarawy is only 22, and has been linked with a move to Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United.
