The midfielder, 30, had long been linked with a move to the Premier League but it never materialised and he has now moved to Italy.
He joins the Serie A champions for a reported fee of £18 million and he takes the number 14 shirt, the same number he had at PSG.
It comes following PSG's world-record deal to sign Neymar with speculation that they are going to have to sell players in order to balance the books.
The midfielder is the ninth signing made by Juventus following the arrivals of Federico Bernardeschi, Juan Cuadrado, Medhi Benatia, Wojciech Szczesny, Matti De Sciglio, Rodrigo Bentancur, Douglas Costa and Dario Del Fabro.
During his time in Paris he won 16 trophies including the Ligue 1 title on four occasions.
