End of 2nd Half
Full-time: It's all over, Sassuolo have come from behind to take all three points! AC Milan's title hopes are over thanks to this defeat to Sassuolo - and it could spell trouble for their top-four aspirations!
THREE minutes to be added on!
Backpass - indirect free-kick to Milan! Consigli picks up Ferrari's pass and the referee awards Milan a glorious chance to equalise. But Krunic's effort is deflected behind for a corner!
Triple Milan sub: Kalulu, Castillejo and Diaz replace Meite, Saelemaekers and Calabria, can they help the hosts find an equaliser?
Milan are falling apart and Donnarumma makes a big save to prevent Haraslin from making it 3-1!
GOAL! Milan 1-2 Sassuolo (Giacomo Raspadori): Oh wow! Sassuolo are ahead! The highly-rated Raspadori grabs a brace and potentially the winner! Berardi carves inside and picks out Raspadori in the middle. He takes a nice touch to beat Tomori and applies the finish!
Into the last 10 minutes now, can either side find a winner?
Now then, what are Milan made of? This would be far from an ideal result. In fact, it would be a case of two points dropped if they're unable to find a winner here.
GOAL! Milan 1-1 Sassuolo (Giacomo Raspadori): The visitors are level! Toljan is left unmarked on the right side of the penalty and he's picked out by Raspadori's pass. His shot is deflected but Raspadori reacts quickest to poke it past Donnarumma!
Sassuolo continue to pour forward in large numbers, but Toljan wastes another opportunity, failing to test Donnarumma with a poor effort.
Double Milan sub: Krunic and Mandzukic come on for Calhanoglu and Rebic.
Sassuolo sub: Obiang makes way for Maxime Lopez.
Kessie's shot is blocked inside the penalty area, Milan optimistically appeal for a spot-kick but the referee isn't interested.
Dalot has few options so decides to have a go himself from range but can't keep his effort down.
Leao leads a Milan attack with blistering speed but once again his final ball lets him down as he tries to roll it across the face of goal rather than shooting and Obiang is there to come away with the ball.
Chance for Sassuolo! Raspadori carves open the Milan defence with a pass down the right flank and Traore, from a tight angle, flashes a shot just over the bar!
Sassuolo triple change: Defrel, Duricic and Muldur make way for Raspadori, Traore and Toljan.
Shot! Calhanoglu is afforded too much space and gets another shot away from distance. This time Consigli is equal to it, although he can only parry the fierce strike and requires his defender to mop up.
Saelemaekers has been lively in Milan's attack all evening and he drives forward once more but sees his shot parried by Consigli.
Kyriakopoulos whips in a corner delivery into a really dangerous area, Locatelli attacks it but can't guide his header on target. Another scare for Milan!
