The Belgian was forced off with an ankle complaint during the win over Arsenal in late April and missed last Friday’s 1-0 defeat to Brighton.
United conclude their top-flight campaign with games against West Ham and Watford, although they only need a point to secure second place.
Boss Jose Mourinho will be keen to have Lukaku back for the FA Cup final at Wembley after delivering a scathing assessment of squad players who were promoted for the Brighton clash.
"Maybe now you will not ask me why A, B and C do not play so much," he said. "People always ask: ‘Why Lukaku?’
"Well now they know why always Lukaku, and why always this player and why always that player. We are probably not as good as people think we are individually."
Lukaku has fired 16 Premier League goals this season.
Mourinho added that captain Michael Carrick would start against Watford on Sunday for a final Old Trafford outing before retirement.
