- End of 2nd Half
FT: Man Utd 1-3 Chelsea. It will be three FA Cup final appearances in four seasons for Chelsea as they comfortably get the better of United, with David de Gea's errors proving costly. United never really got going, with the attacking vigour they have shown of late lacking. Thanks for joining us. Goodnight.
OVER! Hudson-Odoi arrivces right on cue at the back post, but blazes well over the top.
- OffMason MountChelsea
Late change for Chelsea as Pedro comes on for Mount.
Six minutes of added time here.
The goal has not exactly sparked United into life.
- OffMateo KovacicChelsea
- OnRuben Loftus-CheekChelsea
Change for Chelsea as Ruben Loftus-Cheek comes on for Kovacic.
- Goal by penaltyBruno FernandesManchester United
GGGOOOOAAAALLLL!!! Man Utd 1-3 Chelsea. United's 19th penalty is expertly converted by Fernandes to give his side hope.
PENALTY TO MANCHESTER UNITED! Hudson-Odoi brings down Martial in the penalty area.
All these games have taken their toll on United, for sure.
Nemanja Matic's header at the back post bounces into the ground and over. Sums up United's afternoon.
- OnCallum Hudson-OdoiChelsea
Terrific performance from Giroud as he is replaced by Tammy Abraham. Willian is also replaced by Callum Hudson-Odoi.
- Own-goalHarry MaguireManchester United
Double change for United as Odion Ighalo and Tim Fosu-Mensah replace Wan-Bissaka and Rashford.
United are all over the place here. This could get much worse as Chelsea want more.
Antonio Rudiger is claiming it, but it was Maguire's leg that made the last touch, with De Gea again not looking comfortable at all.
- Own-goalHarry MaguireManchester United
GGOOOOAAALLLLL!!! Man Utd 0-3 Chelsea. A Harry Maguire own goal flies past De Gea at his near post to send Chelsea to the final for sure.
Great work from Brandon Williams but it is a corner fro Chelsea.
- Yellow cardPaul PogbaManchester United
First yellow card of the semi-final is for Pogba after a lunge on Kovacic.
Surely selling him is not the answer?
Drinks break! United look like they have nothing left.
WIDE! Caballero comes out to punch a corner clear, misses it completely, Maguire is there, but heads just wide.
Greenwood is fine to continue. United starting to at least put some pressure on Chelsea.
Another injury for United as Greenwood stays down after a clash of heads.
Poor from Wan-Bissaka as he gets his pass all wrong. United still very much not at the races.
SAVE! De Gea somewhat redeems himself with a fine save to claw out a deflected Giroud effort.
CHANCE! That might have finished it for Chelsea. William pulls it back for Mount, but the Chelsea midfielder rifles over the top from a good position.
- OffFredManchester United
- OnPaul PogbaManchester United
Double change for United with Paul Pogba and Mason Greenwood on for James and Fred.
CLOSE! Explosive pace from Rashford to race on to Fernandes' ball over the top, but from the tight angle, he fires just wide.
Is he in permanent decline?
Giroud again at the near post, but this time he cannot guide the shot on target.
It really is not happening for United here. A comeback looks very, very unlikely.
So the debate begins...
Less than a minute into the second half, Brandon Williams gifts the ball to Mount, who drills for goal. It looks to be a comfortable save for De Gea, but the ball goes right through him and into the bottom corner. Woeful from such a talented stopper.
- GoalMason MountChelsea
GGGOOOAAAALLLL!!! Man Utd 0-2 Chelsea. Nightmare for De Gea! Another glaring error from the Spaniard allows Mason Mount to make it two!
- 2nd Half
KICK OFF! We are back under way. No further changes for either side.
The Cup King.
The Swede should also do better.
HT: Man Utd 0-1 Chelsea. What a long half that was. United have not really been at it, having had just one touch in the Chelsea box. Chelsea look much the better side and deserve their lead.
All eyes on De Gea again. Great cross from Azpilicueta to the near post, Giroud nips across Lindelof, guides the ball goalwards, but De Gea really should keep it out as the ball squirms under him.
GOOOOOAAAALLLLLL!!! Man Utd 0-1 Chelsea. Giroud flicks the ball past De Gea to break the deadlock late, late in this first half! .
NO PENALTY! Zouma delays his clearance and Martial nips in, Zouma sends the United sub sprawling as he clears, but Mike Dean, and then VAR, say no penalty.
Bailly is lead away with an oxygen mask on. The game continues.
Still we wait. Bailly's health is still the most important thing here.
Bailly is still get treatment on the touchline, and because it is so close to the pitch, the action is still paused. The stretcher is there for him. Concern is etched on everyone's face.
- OffEric BaillyManchester United
- OnAnthony MartialManchester United
Maguire is bandaged up and will carry on, but Bailly's game is over. Anthony Martial comes on in his place, and means a change of system for United.
Five minutes of added time here.
Still both are down getting treatment. Not looking good, especially for Bailly.
DOUBLE BLOW! Bailly then clashes with his own man, Harry Maguire, leaving both in a heap.
Zouma heads well over the top, but the follow through sees him clash heads nastily with Eric Bailly.
No repeat of his League Cup heroics as Rashford drills straight into the wall.
Another free-klick to United in a dangerous position. Rashford territory...
United do look a threat on the counter, but it is Chelsea who are controlling possession.
SAVE! Willy Caballero watches it all the way and tips the ball over the top.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka is fouled right on the edge of the Chelsea penalty area. Free-kick to United in a dangerous position.
It is a contentious issue, given Chelsea had two days extra to prepare for this.
Fernandes releases James down the left, but the United forward is forced back.
Giroud does well to win the free-kick, but nothing comes of it.
Drinks break here as Bruno Fernandes takes one where it hurts.
Corner to Chelsea as they come again, but Lindelof gets the ball clear.
United are struggling here. The flow of the last few weeks has seemingly evaporated but that's to be expected with the changes. Fred and Matic not providing much supply to their attackers.
Might need him soon if it continues like this....
Chelsea are on top in the opening stages of this. United do look a little shaky at the back.
OVER! Cesar Azpilicueta drifts the cross into the back post, Marcos Alonso is there, six yards out, but heads over.
Fred into Bruno Fernandes but Chelsea get the ball clear. Hotting up this now.
Good tussle developing between Harry Maguire and Olivier Giroud.
SAVE! Thunderous strike from Reece James tests David de Gea, who beats the ball away. Really did get plenty behind it the young Chelsea wing-back.
Still very patchy this game, with neither side able to create anything of note.
Brilliant from Fred to get out of a tight spot. He really has come on leaps and bounds under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
Willian gets on the ball and tries to get Chelsea clicking into gear.
Early possession with United here. Chelsea pressing high though.
- 1st Half
KICK OFF! We are under way here at Wembley.
A Brucey bonus for this pair!
Here we go! United have already beaten Chelsea three times this season – twice in the league and once in the League Cup - only once has a team won four games against the Blues in a single season - Utd in 2010-11. Clean sweep on the cards? We are minutes away!

Ole explains his selections this afternoon...
Elsewhere this afternoon, there’s a rather big game in the race for the top four taking place with Jose Mourinho looking like he will do both his former employers a big favour...
SYSTEM CHANGES, POGBA AND MARTIAL ON BENCH. Both managers have mixed things up for this one, and not just the personnel. Chelsea have switched to a back three, with Reece James and Marcos Alonso the wing-backs. The in-form Christian Pulisic drops to the bench as does Ruben Lofus-Cheek meaning there’s starts for Mason Mount and James. It is a similar system for United, too. with Eric Bailly coming in to join Harry Maguire and Victor Lindelof at the back. Brandon Williams and Daniel James are the wide men. Fred also is handed a start as Paul Pogba, Anthony Martial and Mason Greenwood drop out.
