GOAL FOR CHELSEA! Ziyech puts matters beyond doubt. He played the ball to Kovacic in central midfield on the break, he slides the ball to Chilwell who lofts a ball into the area which the Moroccan forward takes down and fires home.

Mousset sets up Osborn with a backheel down the left flank and Zouma clears to the edge of the box where Brewster fires the ball into the side-netting via a deflection.

Mousset is on for Bogle in Sheffield United's last change.

The substitutions have done their job. The momentum of the game has broken down and the Blades are not causing any danger at present.

Tuchel is worried. Kante is on, Pulisic is off. That shows the mindset of the Chelsea boss.

Brewster replaces Norwood as United will now risk everything for a goal.

McGoldrick does brilliantly beating Azpilicueta and walking a tightrope with the ball along the by-line before firing an effort that Kepa pushed just far enough away from Bogle.

Burke comes on for the Blades in place of McBurnie.

McBurnie shoots well with his left foot from 20 yards out but Kepa parries away stretching to his left.

WHAT A CHANCE! A cross from Lundstram is delfected into the path of McGoldrick six yards out but he heads wide of the target.

A very Manchester City type forward line for Chelsea now with Hudson Odoi, Mount and Pulisic up front.

Azpiculeta and James come on for Giroud and Christensen. Not the most offensive substitution you will see.

Lovely interplay between McGoldrick and Osborn on the left flank sees the full back put a dangerous ball into the box which Emerson clears - prompting the linesman to raise his flag for an earlier offside.

Jagielka under pressure from Giroud from a punted clearance puts a backpass past Ramsdale for a corner.

Chlwell pushes Bogle over giving the Blades a chance to out a ball into the box. It reaches Osborn on the far post who tries a trick on Hudson-Odoi and loses the ball.

Their taking it in turns to go through Pulisic, a sore one on the Achilles from Stevens this time.

Pulisic plays the ball right to Hudson-Odoi who cuts in stylishly but blazes high and far from handsomely over the bar.
