Phil Foden and Mason Greenwood will not travel to Denmark with the England squad after being accused of bringing women back to a team hotel in Iceland, thereby breaking Covid-19 protocols.
The pair are on international duty with England and both made their debuts against Iceland in the UEFA Nations League on Saturday.
Foden and Greenwood's respective clubs both expressed their disappointment with the behaviour of the pair in statements on Monday.

'They've been naive' - Southgate on Foden and Greenwood quarantine breach

England players must observe strict rules in order to protect themselves against coronavirus, but Icelandic organisation DV have published images which show the pair seemingly breaking those regulations.
Both players missed training on Monday and manager Gareth Southgate said both players were kept away from the rest of the England team when he was informed of the news.
They will now have to travel separately back to England.
"Nothing has happened in the areas we occupy in the hotel," he said.
"No other members of our party have been in contact with those two players. They couldn't join us for breakfast, didn't go to training. We've followed all the guidelines. It's a very serious situation.
"They have been naive. We have dealt with it appropriately. I recognise their age, but the whole world is dealing with this pandemic.
"We are still getting the depths of the information. Still getting to grips with the detail. I'm not going into any more details until I'm clear of everything.
"These are two boys I don’t know particularly well at the moment so I can't speak in great depth. I have got to try and speak with them later in the appropriate way. They have got responsibilities and they have apologised."
