A team of English officials, led by veteran referee Steve Bennett, has been drafted in to oversee the potentially decisive final match of Ukraine's premier league next week when Dynamo Kiev face Shakhtar Donetsk.
Dynamo's website said Bennett, assisted by linesmen Kevin Pike and Roger East, would oversee the May 10 clash.
Bennett, 45, began his refereeing career in 1984, has handled premier league matches since 1999 and has also officiated at European and international level.
With two matches to go in the Ukrainian championship, Dynamo Kiev -- winner last week of Ukraine's cup -- have 73 points, two more than Shakhtar.
Dynamo play this weekend away to sixth-placed Tavria Simferopol, while Shakhtar host third-placed Chernomorets Odessa.
Agreement to bring in an international refereeing team was reached this week between the two club presidents -- Igor Surkis of Dynamo and Shakhtar's Rinat Akhmetov -- Ukraine's wealthiest business magnate.
