Mings picks up a yellow card for a silly shoulder barge of Nanni in midfield.
Two minutes of injury time to be played.
Chilwell goes down trying to win a penalty. Harry Kane-ish if you like but the referee is wise to it.
GOAL FOR ENGLAND! Watkins scores on his debut after being found in the box by Foden, leaving the keeper with no chance.
Bellingham again in action in the box, this time a diving header well wide of the goal.
Lingard shoots from the edge of the box but Benedettini pushes it clear of any England players following up.
Watkins clips a ball into the centre which Bellingham flashily attempts a scissor kick which bounces wide of the target.
Hits the post. Benedettini got a touch diving to his right. Ward-Prowse close to his second and another fine stop from the San Marino keeper.
Bellingham is brought down 25 yards from goal in Ward-Prowse territory.
Bellingham shoots from long range but it is easily saved.
Lingard plays a one-two with Bellingham but shoots too close to Benedettini.
Calvert-Lewin being replaced by Watkins.
A five minute spell without a chance. This blend in England's midfield a lot less fluent.
Ward-Prowse plays a free kick short and Lingard shoots from a narrow angle but his effort is easily saved.
GOAL FOR ENGLAND! Chilwell plays in Lingard down the inside left channel and he squares for Calvert-Lewin to tap in from three yards out.
Coady went down in the box after a corner after catching a swinging right hand from new centre back partner Tyrone Mings.
England restart the game...
Trippier, Mings, Foden and Bellingham come on for James, Stones, Sterling and Mount are replaced.
It could have been a hatful already but Benedettini and some poor finishing has kept the score down to three.
Another good save from Benedettini. Mount played in Sterling and he cut inside for Lingard whose effort this time was strong but the away goalkeeper dived low to his right to block.
Silly foul from Nanni 35 yards from the England goal gives San Marino a chance to test Pope from long range.
Lingard has two shots at goal blocked. Not his night so far.
Chilwell runs the length of the pitch to lay a ball on a plate for Lingard but he gets a poor contact on the half-volley scuffing wide.
Lingard hits a cross-shot from a narrow angle which just evades Calvert-Lewin at the back post.
Mount puts a cross in which Lingard heads on and Calvert-Lewin probably tries to hit too hard and skews wide
GOAL FOR ENGLAND! San Marino try playing out of the back but Mount intercepts and puts in Sterling whose goalbound effort is deflected off Rossi into the net.
Sterling cuts in from the right flank and curls towards the far corner but it dips too late and lands on the top of the netting.
Mount shoots from long range but Benedettini cears with his feet before another effort from Sterling from inside the box but he skews it wide with his left foot.
Phillips puts a ball into the box which Calvert-Lewin flicks with the back of his head towards goal but just wide of the target.
Chilwell has a lovely curling effort with the outside of his left foot which Benedettini tips over the bar diving to his right.
GOAL FOR ENGLAND! Calvert-Lewin nods home from inside the six-yards box turning home a decent cross from James. Alexander-Arnold-esque.
Sterling runs though and hits the ball into the side-netting when pulling back for Lingard might have been a better move.
GOAL FOR ENGLAND! Ward-Prowse hits his first goal for England. Mount plays the ball into Chilwell on the left wing and he pulls back for the Southampton man who slides the ball into the corner for England's first of the night.
A corner finds its way to Mount at the edge of the box and he clips a ball into the six yard box which Stones lofts harmlessly over the bar. England could be four up already.
Good shot from distance from Lingard which Benedettini stretches to his left and parries behind for a corner.
Another chance. Mount clips a ball from the by-line with his left foot but Sterling gets in Calvert-Lewin's way and nods wide of the target when the number nine was better placed to finish.
A good cross from Lingard to Sterling at the back post but he mistimes his jump and it flies over.
Reece James put a ball across the six yard box begging to be converted by Calvert-Lewin but he misses it with his right foot and it connects the inside of his left leg and is cleared.
Mount nips in between two defenders and puts a cross into the box but it is far too deep.
Mount tries to play through Sterling but Benedettini comes out to smother the ball.
San Marino get us underway...
Lastly, before we start, a moment's reflection for former England stars Frank Worthington, Colin Bell and Peter Swan.
A winning margin of six or seven is what the bookmakers expect.
Probably the less said about that pre-game rap the better.
All Group I games kick off at the same time tonight, with current top two facing off in Andorra and Albania, as well as Hungary entertaining Poland.
One of England's most inexperienced ever line-ups out there tonight.
My biggest beef with the line up is the lack of Trent Alexander-Arnold (who is not even in the suad). Nothing wrong with Reece James but when a team is defending deep, full backs are auxiliary wingers and no one English player who can put a ball into the box like the Liverpool man - James Ward-Prowse might be second best and it will be interesting to see him tonight. Even if it is thought TAA is a liability against the better teams, if there is a game where England are the big favourites and need goals he has to be in the starting xi.
Here's the boss on the return of Stones and Lingard.
Big night for Raheem Sterling skippering the side tonight. And what a quick turnaround for Jesse Lingard, on the scrapheap it seemed seven weeks ago. Now back in the England first xi.
So it looks like the flattest of back fours from Gareth Southgate tonight in a 4-1-4-1. Phillips holding, then Ward-Prowse, Mount, Lingard and Sterling behind Calvert-Lewin who should at least get the chance to fill his boots tonight.
This is how the Three Lions will be lining up...
