Alexandre Lacazette and Anthony Martial have been left out of the France squad for the World Cup but Florian Thauvin has been included in a strong group.

Both Lacazette and Martial have struggled for consistent form this season, or in the latter's case playing time, and they are the victims of an extremely strong attacking core.
France manager Didier Deschamps goes with Ousmane Dembele, Nabil Fekir, Olivier Giroud, Antoine Griezmann, Thomas Lemar, Kylian Mbappe and Thauvin as his attackers.
There is no place for Thauvin's Marseille team-mate Dimitri Payet who has been ruled out with injury after going off injured in the Europa League final.
