After the draw was made on Friday, we charted how England's route to the final might look.

Group Stages

  • Tunisia v England, Volgograd, June 18 (7pm)
  • England v Panama, Nizhny Novgorod, June 24 (1pm)
  • England v Belgium, Kaliningrad, June 28 (7pm)
There's no mistaking that this is a favourable draw for England. Gareth Southgate should be expecting to win against both Tunisia and Panama, and we are tipping them to get a draw against a Belgium team managed by Roberto Martinez.

Last-16

  • England v Senegal, Rostov, July 2 (7pm)
Senegal have some weapons - Sadio Mane anyone? - but England should have enough nous to get through that one, with a bit of luck.

Quarter-final

  • England v Brazil, Kazan, July 6 (7pm)
Okay, we are quickly entering the realms of fantasy here, but maybe Neymar will get injured and Brazil will emotionally collapse, losing 7-1?

Semi-final

  • England v France, St Petersburg, July 10 (7pm)
Erm, struggling here.

Final

  • England v Germany, Moscow, July 15 (4pm)
Nope, not a clue.
