Qatar win a free-kick from around 45-yards out as Ali is tripped from behind by Koulibaly, who escapes a yellow card.

Sabaly advances from right back and makes a good run down the flank, before pulling it back for Dia in the middle. He does well to shift the ball away from Khouki, and rolls it to Mendy by his left. He hits the shot first-time but it goes wide of the far post.

Qatar win the ball back and Afif has the chance to break down the left. He advances up the pitch and tries to feed it to Boudiaf, but Jakobs does well to make an interception.

Sarr switches out to the right and makes a run past Ahmed before cutting inside to get past Madibo. He tries his luck from a tight angle at the near post, but his shot goes into the side netting.

Senegal have started popping the ball around in the opening minutes, and they are patiently working it into the final third. Sarr tries to switch it out to Diarra on the right but Hassan diverts it out for a corner.

As for Senegal, they will also be looking to secure their first win of the finals this afternoon in Doha, as they went down 2-0 to the Netherlands in their first match on Monday at the same venue.
