The World Cup last 16 is complete, and the quarter-finals in Qatar are just around the corner and that - usually - is when the competition really starts to heat up.
The Netherlands became the first team to qualify for the quarter-final stage courtesy of a 3-1 win against the USA at the Khalifa International Stadium.
Next up for the Dutch is Argentina, who saw off Australia 2-1 after Lionel Messi sparkled on his 1000th career appearance.
France beat Poland 3-1 to seal their spot on Sunday, and then later on the same day England put three past Senegal to set up a showdown with the defending world champions.
In the first of the games on Monday Croatia won a dramatic penalty shoot-out against Japan. They will face pre-tournament favourites Brazil after they hammered South Korea 4-1 on Monday evening.
Morocco became the seventh team to qualify for the quarter-finals when they sensationally beat Spain on penalties in the early match on Tuesday. They will face Portugal who thrashed Switzerland 6-1 in the final last-16 match of the knockout stages.

Who will England play in the World Cup quarter-finals?
England beat Senegal on Sunday so will face France in the quarter-finals of the World Cup.
Facing the defending champions would be a huge test for the Three Lions, but should they get through that it will give the team a huge confidence boost.
However, waiting for them in a potential semi-final would be either Morocco or Portugal.
Who has the easiest route to the World Cup final?
The draw is very finely balanced. However, at a push, the South American teams - Argentina and Brazil - have the marginally easier route to the final. But, of course, being on the same side of the draw, they would face each other in the semi-final.
