The 22-year-old Belarusian became aerials world champion for the first time in Utah earlier this month and in the first competition since, she dominated the field to claim a maiden World Cup triumph.
Ramanouskaya only just qualified for the final, taking the 12th and last spot with her score of 77.80, before posting the second-highest score in run one of the final to safely book a place in run two.
And she saved her best until last as she laid down a run with a higher degree of difficulty than any of her competitors, that earned a score of 105.93, more than eight points ahead of Australia's Laura Peel, who settled for silver.
Xu Mengtao of China won bronze but still leads the overall aerials World Cup standings on 160 points following her victory in Lake Placid, although Ramanouskaya jumps to second.
