Germany squash Iceland

Hosts Germany head into the World Championship quarter-finals having won four consecutive matches after beating Iceland 33-28 in Dortmund on Sunday.

Michael Kraus replaced captain Markus Baur, who suffered a calf injury in Germany's 29-26 win over European champions France on Saturday, scoring an impressive five goals.
Pascal Hens added six and Dominik Klein netted five, while Henning Fritz put up a solid effort in goal to secure the win.
After three violations Iceland's Asgeir Hallgrimsson was sent off 36 minutes into the match putting the visitors at an added disadvantage.
Iceland had also already qualified for the quarter-finals before the day's match, but will now have to face European bronze medallist Denmark in the quarter-finals.
Germany will face defending world champions Spain in the next round, which will take place on Tuesday.
Denmark downed the Czech Republic 33-29 in their final group match on Sunday, while Spain dropped 29-28 to Olympic champions Croatia, who finished as the only undefeated team in the second group phase with five wins.
Croatia finish the second group stage top of their group and will prepare for a quarter-final duel with fourth-place France, who barely managed to beat last-place Tunisia 28-26.
Poland crushed Slovenia 38-27 on Sunday to head into their quarter-final against Russia on a high-note with their fourth group stage victory.
Russia defeated Hungary in dramatic fashion with a 26-25 win to deny the Hungarians a place in the quarter-finals.
