The German duo have won eight of the ten events so far this season and were the class of the field once again.
They held a narrow lead after the first run, finishing in 47.283s, with Austrian pair Peter Penz and Georg Fischler sitting in second.
And they were just as impressive second time around, finishing with an overall time of 1:34.586, which put them 0.130 clear of the Austrians.
Another German pair, Tobias Wendl and Tobias Arlt, who currently sit second in the overall World Cup standings, had to settle for third, more than half a second back.
Eggert and Benecken can clinch their third overall World Cup title in the sprint event on Sunday in Norway.
