Germany claimed the Nordic Combined Team Sprint title in Seefeld on Sunday as Eric Frenzel and Fabian Rießle brought them home ahead of runners-up Norway.
Defending their title, Germany's clock stopped 8.2 seconds earlier than the Norwegians, who were also one second ahead of local heroes Austria.
Spurned on by his individual victory two days ago, Frenzel laid a solid foundation with a jump of 130 metres and had only 0.1 points less than round winner Akito Watabe.
Rießle jumped 128 metres to give Germany pole position for the race with an eight second head start, which proved to be insurmountable for their rivals over the 2x7.5km distance.
