English football referee Rebecca Welch has been selected as one of the officials to oversee matches at Paris 2024.
Emily Carney has also been chosen as an assistant, while David Coote will be a video assistant referee at the Olympic Games.
In total, 89 match officials have been picked from 45 countries, with Welch one of 21 referees to be selected by FIFA.
She became the first woman to take charge of a Premier League fixture in December, when she was in the middle for Burnley's 2-0 win against Fulham at Craven Cottage.
It has not yet been confirmed whether Welch will be involved in men's or women's fixtures at the Olympics.
The football competition takes place throughout France, with Lyon, Nice and Marseille among the cities to be hosting fixtures.
Both gold-medal matches will be held at the Parc des Princes in Paris.
As well as VAR being in place for the Olympics, goal-line technology and semi-automated offside technology will also be used during the Games.
