Katharina Althaus' continued her Ski Jumping World Cup title charge, returning to action with her second victory in a row.
The 22-year-old, who saw her momentum halted by a postponed round of action in Titisee-Neustadt in her native Germany earlier this month, hit the ground running once again by topping the tree in Premanon, France, on Saturday morning.
PyeongChang silver-medallist Althaus, who finished as overall runner-up behind Olympic champion Maren Lundby in 2017-18, won the third and final leg of the Lillehammer Triple in Norway last time out and now holds an 88-point advantage over her nearest competitor - Russia's Lidiia Iakovleva - in the overall World Cup standings.
Althaus comfortably topped the podium in Premanon, racking up 260.3 points, well clear of Japan's Sara Takanashi (250.7) and Slovenia’s Ema Klinec (247.5) while Iakovleva was fourth.
The action continues resumes with another normal hill event in Premanon on Sunday.
