'Nicely done!' - Zajc thrills home fans with victory at Planica in final weekend of season

Home favourite Timi Zajc took gold in the final ski jumping World Cup competition of the season in Planica, Slovenia.
Zajc claimed the third World Cup victory of his career and led a home one-two with compatriot Anze Lanisek taking silver.
The 22-year-old took victory by the barest of margins, just 0.1 points clear of Lanisek with a combined total of 455.1.
Bronze went to Austria's Stefan Kraft who wrapped up the Crystal Globe for ski flying in the process.
The Crystal Globe for the best overall ski jumper went to Halvor Egner Granerud of Norway for the second time.
He is the first Norwegian man to win the overall title more than once.
Lanisek spoke for the whole of the ski jumping community when on the podium he held up a cut-out of Polish star Dawid Kubacki and broke down in tears.
The world of ski jumping has been rocked recently by the news that Kubacki's wife Marta is in hospital following cardiac complications.
