The 29-year-old, who previously triumphed in both events on the HS 97 normal hill in Nizhny Tagil last weekend, made it three victories in a row in Chaikovsky.
Seyfarth jumped 95m on her first jump and followed it up with a leap of 97m for a total points score of 219, with Althaus taking the silver medal after finishing six points behind.
Althaus' two jumps of 95m were just enough to hold off Japan's Sara Takanashi, who completed the podium with jumps of 95.5m and 94.5m for a total points score of 212.9.
Jacqueline Seifriedsberger narrowly missed out on the medals, with the Austrian finishing fourth on 206 points, while compatriot Chiara Hoelzl was fifth overall with 204 points.
Maren Lundby had already claimed the overall World Cup title for the 2018/19 season, but Seyfarth leads the overall ranking of the first edition of the Blue Bird Tour with one event left.
