Germany's Karl Geiger and Dawid Kubacki of Poland finished just behind the Norwegian jumper.
Lindvak showed his intentions from his first jump which at 142.5m was two metres further than any of his competitors managed and his second jump of 136m left him 4.8 points clear of the field.
