The 30-year-old ace continues to top the overall men's standings, enjoying a cushion of 245 points over second-placed Richard Freitag, of Germany, while he has won all but one of the seven Raw Air races in Norway so far.
His latest triumph came in Trondheim, with the Polish skier following up his triumph on the same Granasen hill on Tuesday.
Stoch, large hill gold medallist at the PyeongChang Olympics in February, racked up 285.4 points to top the podium, with Austria’s Stefan Kraft (268.4) his nearest challenger.
On home snow, Norwegian Robert Johansson was third in 268.0 as Stoch dominated proceedings.
He said: "I had to put a lot of work into this victory. The beam was very low. I'm happy with what I've done before such a great audience."
The Raw Air competition moves to Vikersund on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
