The Home Nations Series comes to an end at this week’s Welsh Open where Ronnie O’Sullivan and Judd Trump made their returns to action.
O’Sullivan and Trump both missed the Snooker Shoot Out and the German Masters, and were among the favourites to lift the title in Llandudno.
Last year, Joe Perry took a surprising 9-5 win against Trump in the final to win just his second ranking title.
The event is also the last tournament in the BetVictor Series, which is currently headed by Ali Carter. Whoever is on top after this Sunday, will win a bonus £150,000.

When and where is the 2023 Welsh Open?

The Welsh Open will be held at Venue Cymru in Llandudno for the first time from February 13-19. Traditionally, the Welsh Open has been held in Cardiff or Newport.
Since 2017, the trophy has been named in honour of six-time world champion Ray Reardon.
