Polish captain Jaroslaw Hampel was the standout man as his side enjoyed an easy victory, qualifying for the final after topping the rostrum on 48 points.
31-year-old Hampel led the scorechart with an impressive 14 points. Speedway under-21 World champion Patryk Dudek scored eight points whilst Krystof Kasprzak and Maciej Janowski scored 13 apiece.
Australia secured second place with Latvia finishing third; Russia missing out with a total of 14 points.

Hampel said: "We expected it to be tougher at Czestochowa, but we tried to keep going the best we could and in the end, we won pretty easily. It's going to be 10 times tougher in Prague. We know that and we'll try to keep up our good performance."
