Pescarolo Team will be represented at the 2011 Le Mans 24 Hours, as will English manufacturer Lotus, according to the entry list unveiled by the Automobile Club de l'Ouest.
Pescarolo Team's involvement will race this year after owner Henri Pescarolo - himself a four-times winner and veteran of 33 races - did not enter a team in 2010 due to financial difficulties.
His former team, Pescarolo Sport, was put into liquidation in July last year and the outfit was only saved by the sale of some property, bought by two passionate fans at auction in October.
A month later, Pescarolo announced he had reached agreement with Autovision to finance the rebirth of his team and their entry in this year's competition.
The 2011 edition of the legendary endurance race also sees the return of Lotus after an absence of 13 years.
In total, 56 teams will start the race, including the two favourites Audi - who will defend their title - and Peugeot.
