Jonathan Rea made it three wins from as many outings as he won the opening race of the Superbike World Championship round in Thailand.
The Kawasaki rider led from pole position to take victory by over six seconds from the Aruba. It Ducati of Chaz Davies at Buriram.
The Welshman had moved up from fourth place on the first lap to pass Rea's team-mate Tom Sykes and then his own Ducati team-mate Marco Melandri.
In a dramatic finish, Sykes moved back up to third when he displaced Melandri on the final lap to claim the final step on the podium.
Michael van der Mark and his Pata Yamaha team-mate Alex Lowes were fifth and sixth respectively ahead of Jordi Torres (BMW).
The top 10 was rounded out by Leon Camier (MV Augusta) and Red Bull Honda team-mates Nicky Hayden and Stefan Bradl.
