Rea had to battle the South American heat and illness to triumph, with the 31-year-old admitting that he spent most of Saturday night "hugging the toilet" with food poisoning.
And the Northern Irishman had an eventful opening few laps in Race 2, surviving a huge wobble after battling with Chaz Davies as he attempted to move through from eighth on the grid.
He soon settled, passing Xavi Flores for the lead and building a healthy advantage.
The Kawasaki rider could afford a couple of celebratory wheelies in the closing moments such was his dominance, with Flores and Marco Melandri coming home in second and third respectively.

Rea wrapped up a fourth straight title in September and heads to Qatar in two weeks’ time bidding to extend his winning run.
The 31-year-old is 172 points clear of closest rival Davies in the overall standings, while another two wins at the season-concluding event could see him stretch that advantage north of 200.
