Australian Open 2021: Matteo Berrettini withdraws with injury to hand Stefanos Tsitsipas bye
Injury has forced Italian tennis player Matteo Berrettini to withdraw from the 2021 Australian Open. Berrettini had been struggling in his third-round match against Russia's Karen Khachanov and it has been confirmed that he will not be able to play. With the news coming so late before his match it means that Stefanos Tsitsipas has been handed a bye.
