Good afternoon and welcome to Eurosport's LIVE coverage of the French Open second round match between Pablo Cuevas and Stefanos Tsitsipas. We'll bring you all the action as it happens at Roland Garros. Tsitsipas had to dig deep to come through the second round and this match-up is one of the most compelling we have seen at Roland Garros this year. There should be a few highlight reel moments!

CUEVAS 1-6, 4-6, 2-6 TSITSIPAS
A very routine victory for Tsitsipas as he moves into the third round. We expected this match would be am entertaining one after the encounter between these two in Hamburg last week, but it never really materialised. After that marathon second round match, this is exactly what Tsitsipas needed. He was far too good for Cuevas.

CUEVAS 2-5 TSITSIPAS* (1-6, 4-6)
Tsitsipas was two points from victory at deuce, but Cuevas holds serve to keep himself in this match for a little longer, but the Greek will now have a chance to get this one over the line.

Desperation station for Cuevas now who is surely all but out of this contest now. Tsitsipas grabs a double break in this third set and has found his groove very impressively after that marathon second round match in which he was really tested.

Hope is quickly fading for Cuevas here. It's a break at the start of the third set for Tsitsipas who has just been too good for his opponent. Their games are similar, but Tsitsipas is better at defending, attacking, serving... the whole lot. It hasn't been as competitive as we felt it might be.

CUEVAS 4-6 TSITSIPAS (1-6)
A much competitive second set, but after just over an hour Tsitsipas is now two sets to the good. The Greek got a little edgy midway through that service game, but found some first serves and some good backhand hitting from the baseline and got the job done. He's one set away.

This match is warming up nicely now. Tsitsipas brought up three break points at 0-40, but Cuevas saved all of them. The Greek is striking the ball nicely off the backhand side, but it was a change of direction on to the forehand that created the chance for him to clinch his fourth BP.

Where did that come from? Cuevas breaks Tsitsipas to love after some poor serving from the Greek. The Argentine claims the first of three break points with a forehand cross-court winner with Tsitsipas off balance.

Tsitsipas is in a hurry. The Greek is now a set and a break up against Cuevas and there's a growing sense that this one could be over very quickly indeed. Cuevas just can't gain a foothold in the contest at the moment.

It's a 23-minute first set for Tsitsipas who has settled in very nicely here. This has the potential to be an entertaining match-up, as it was last week in Hamburg, but the Greek is so far just doing too many things better than his Argentine opponent.

CUEVAS 0-4 TSITSIPAS*
A lightning start by Tsitsipas who has a double break in this opening set. The Greek started poorly in that match against Cuevas in Hamburg last week, but he hasn't made the same mistake here and has found a high level of intensity from the very first game.

CUEVAS 0-2 TSITSIPAS*
It's an early break of serve from the Greek, who takes the break point on the Cuevas serve with a winner past the Argentine at the net. These two played a wonderful match in Hamburg last week and the early signs are good about this one too.
