The former world No 1 somersaulted on safety mats as he built up his fitness over the weekend, even joking he could be set to compete for Great Britain at the next Olympics.
Murray captioned the ambitious routine "#Tokyo2020" as he took some time out from his rigorous programme to take on a gymnastics obstacle course.
The 31-year-old is absent from this week's ATP Finals at the O2 in London after bringing his season to an end by withdrawing from the China Open last month with an ankle injury.
But he is already looking ahead to next year, and the fun Instagram clip shows he hasn't lost any of his fighting spirit at the end of the 10-part routine.
Murray lost his footing as he jumped over the final obstacle, and he can be heard shrieking: "Oh f***! I nearly f***** it up!"

The two-time Wimbledon winner wrote: "Never grow up. Apologies for the language at the end."
Murray will be hoping to soon rise up the world rankings from his current position of No 262 when the first Grand Slam of 2019 comes around in January.
After losing almost a year with a hip problem that eventually required surgery, a first Australian Open title after being runner-up on five occasions would leave him jumping for joy.
