Interim head coach Paul Metz insists Britain's women's water polo team must return stronger from their 'huge learning experience' at the World Championships in Barcelona.

After losing all three of their group games to set up a round of 16 knockout match with Olympic semi-finalists from London 2012 Hungary, Britain were eliminated after a 14-5 loss.
Claire Nixon found the net twice while Ciara Gibson-Byrne, Angie Winstanley-Smith and Fiona McCann netted the others however Hungary barely gave Britain a chance of victory.
And interim head coach Metz admits the British team now have to ensure they learn from what happened in Barcelona as they build towards the next Olympic Games in Rio in 2016.
"If you look at the score, it is a big loss and it's never satisfying if you are in an elimination situation," said Metz.
"Playing at this level is a fantastic experience for the new players on the team and for those players who were at the Olympics but didn't get much match play during the Games.
"We didn't have the most experienced team here in Barcelona but we knew that three months ago and it has been a huge learning experience and the outcome has been hard."
