At the Circuit Paul Ricard, PCR Sport driver Mikel Azcona took his first career win in the Eurocup Clio before series leader Oscar Nogues secured victory in the second race of the weekend.
In race one at the French circuit, Spaniard Azcona got the better of pole winner Eric Tremoulet two laps from the end to take his maiden victory.
Englishman Alex Morgan claimed the final podium place.
Nogues came in fifth, maintaining his overall advantage in the series standings before winning race two.
It was Nogues fourth triumph of the season and sees him head to the season finale at Jerez with a six-point lead over Tremoulet.
Frenchman Tremoulet failed to get the better of Nogues on the day while Azcona, who crossed the finish line in a podium position, was penalised for an incident on the starting grid meaning Ivan Pulić (Lema Racing Team) was bumped up in his place.
