The third consecutive victory is a new record for the Dolomite course and means the Austrian skier now has five podium finishes already this season.
Hirscher's total time of 2:33.34 minutes was enough to push Norway's Henrik Kristoffersen into second place at 0.19 seconds behind while France's Victor Muffat-Jeandet picked up bronze.
Muffat-Jeandet actually led after the first run but Hirscher's second run of 1:16.39 ultimately blew him out of the water.
The only man to go faster than the 26-year-old second time out was Ted Ligety but his slow first run meant the American could ultimately only finish fourth.
Hirscher is top of the overall World Cup standings with 540 points while Aksel Lund Svindal sits second on 520 points.
