A women's World Cup downhill and a super-combined scheduled to take place in Sestriere were called off on Sunday because of snowfall and poor visibility, the International Ski Federation said.
The downhill, due to take place on Saturday, had already been postponed for 24 hours, while Sunday's super-combined was moved to Monday.
However, both races have now been scrapped because of "additional snowfall forecast until Tuesday morning", the FIS said in a statement.
It was not immediately clear whether the races would be rescheduled.
The men's racing in Chamonix looks set to continue as scheduled.
