In one of their most convincing performances in recent years, Great Britain got their third win from five qualifying matches as they ran out 89-62 victors.
Clark scored 21 points while Andrew Lawrence grabbed 14, Ben Gordon contributed 12 and Gabe Olaseni netted 13 – as well as claiming eight rebounds – to cap a fine shooting performance from the field.
"It's a testament to the character of our team," said coach Joe Prunty after the game.
"How hard we've battled. I thought we got great effort from a lot of players and particularly on the defensive end.
"We've talked about being a defensive team first and then trying to push the ball and play with pace on the offensive end."
The win means Great Britain are guaranteed to finish second in Group G, with Hungary topping it and qualifying automatically for EuroBasket 2017.
Joe Prunty's side have one remaining qualifier, in Luxembourg on Saturday, but they must wait to find out if they are one of the top four second-placed sides from the seven qualifying groups.
