Sept 16 (The Sports Xchange) - The Milwaukee Bucks might not complete the $500 million arena project until one year later than previously announced with a possible new target of an October 2018 opening.

Bucks owners and executives had planned to break ground this fall in downtown Milwaukee and open by fall 2017.

The Phoenix Suns boosted their roster to 18 players after signing guard Deonte Burton, forward Kyle Casey, forward Cory Jefferson, center Henry Sims and guard Terrico White.
The 6-foot-9 Jefferson played in 50 games and started one for the Brooklyn Nets last season, averaging 3.7 points and 2.9 rebounds.

Restricted free agent guard Norris Cole is set to sign a one-year, $3.03 million qualifying offer with the New Orleans Pelicans.
The 26-year-old Cole was unable to land a long-term deal during the offseason and decided to accept the Pelicans' offer, according to multiple reports Wednesday. After the 2015-16 season, he will then become an unrestricted free agent.
