George Groves was first up on the scales and was comfortably under the 12 stone limit as he weighed in 11st 12lbs 4oz despite wearing headphones.
Froch was over a pound heavier as he came in at 11st 13lbs 9 oz.
Both men came in slightly lighter than did in the first for their controversial first fight last November when the referee stopped the contest in Froch's favour in the ninth round.
After the weigh-in at a boisterous Wembley Arena, the two men then squared up against each other with Froch chattering at Groves, while the challenger just stood there with a smirk on his face.
With both men having safely made the weight it means Froch's IBF and WBA super middleweight titles will go to the winner.
The fight is set to smash attendance records with a crowd of 80,000 crowd expected at Wembley.
