Tyson Fury says he will return to the ring in May almost 18 months after he won the world heavyweight title with a points victory over Wladimir Klitschko.

The 28-year-old has not fought since ending Klitschko’s decade-long dominance of the heavyweight division, twice dropping out of rematches last year before voluntarily vacating his belts.
But he said on Twitter he could fight on May 13 with an opponent yet to be pencilled in by promoter Frank Warren. The 'Gypsy King' had his licence suspended in October amid an anti-doping probe.
"Breaking news" Return of the MAC, may 13th, working on an opponent more news to follow," said Fury on Twitter.
He enjoyed a unanimous points win over the Ukraine fighter to claim the WBA Super, WBO and IBF titles in the ESPRIT arena in Dusseldorf.
Of course, it wasn't exactly 'voluntary': the WBA and WBO had already threatened that they would strip him of his belts and the IBO would likely have followed suit, so all Fury did was pre-empt the boxing authorities’ rulings.
He vacated his WBO and WBA belts last year, revealing he was seeking medical help, after telling Rolling Stone magazine that he had taken cocaine to help his depression.
