Alex Harvey moved closer to the overall World Cup podium after winning the 15km cross country in Ulricehamn, in Sweden.
In winning the race Harvey became the Canadian with the most distance World Cup wins, with four, surpassing his father Pierre's mark of three.
Norway's Martin Johnsrud Sundby finished six seconds behind Harvey, in second, to increase his overall World Cup lead by moving onto 1218 points.
Home favourite Marcus Hellner gave the Swedish crowd something to cheer for in Ulricehamn, coming in 14.3s behind Harvey.
Switzerland's Dario Cologna just missed out on a spot on the podium, coming in 0.04s behind Hellner, with Norway's Daniel Stock rounding out the top five.
Russia's Sergey Ustiugov, second in the overall standings, did not score any points and so with 961 is now 257 points behind the Norwegian.
And with third place Matti Heikkinen also not scoring points in Sweden, Harvey's 100 points for winning the race moved him to within 47 of the Finn.
The racing continues next week, also in Sweden, with a sprint and 30km mass start and Falun.
