After success at the opening rounds in Glasgow and Apeldoorn, only five riders will travel to Cali, and three to Los Angeles, with April's World Championships in Hong Kong looming large on the horizon.
The Cali World Cup takes place from February 17-19, with the final leg of the competition the following weekend.
Endurance riders from British Cycling's Olympic podium programme Emily Kay and Danni Khan, as well as academy riders Manon Lloyd and Emily Nelson will be joined by Scottish Cycling performance programme member Neah Evans, in Cali.
Olympic team pursuit champion Elinor Barker will race alongside podium programme rider Chris Latham and academy prospect Ellie Dickinson in California.

Many of the team have been on a recent training camp in Majorca, and head coach Iain Dyer is excited to see what shape his charges are in.
"We had a great start to the 2016/17 world cup series campaign with the academy riders relishing the opportunity presented to them by our Olympians taking a post-Rio break," he told British Cycling.
"We won seven gold medals, two silver medals and one bronze medal across the different events and this helped to put us in a great position in terms of qualifying for the world championships.
"The Cali and Los Angeles rounds of the world cup allows us an opportunity to see how the selected riders are progressing following their recent training block in Majorca.
"The rest of the team are focusing upon fine-tuning their preparations for the UCI Track Cycling World Championships in Hong Kong in April."
