The Germany winger has been linked with a switch to Spain, England and Italy in recent years but his future was cleared up by Sports Total, who represent him.
The agency had a statement published on Tuttojuve.com which read: "We read the rumours that are circulating about an alleged transfer for Marco. We can say with certainty that the player is having a wonderful time at Dortmund.
"He is flattered by the interest of many European teams, but he's recently decided to stay in Dortmund."
The 26-year-old signed a four-year contract in February after injuries disrupted his season which forced him to miss the World Cup.
