David Norris joins Blackpool until the end of the season

The 34-year-old joins the Seasiders on a free transfer after leaving Yeovil on deadline day, after he made just one appearance at Huish Park.

During spells at Plymouth, Ipswich, Portsmouth and Leeds, the veteran has notched up over 400 league appearances, and previously worked with Blackpool manager Neil McDonald during their time at Bolton.

Norris told blackpoolfc.co.uk: "I've worked with the manager before at Bolton so I know him and he knows me. I'm delighted to be here and I've got a chance now to get myself into the team."

The midfielder is expected to be in the squad for his new side's trip to Scunthorpe on Saturday.
