Robinson made eight changes for the Capital One Cup tie with Cardiff in midweek, with defenders Jordan Spence and Kyle McFadzean and midfielder Diego Poyet the only survivors from the goalless draw at Reading.
David Martin will return in goal while captain Dean Lewington and Antony Kay should come back into the back four. Midfielders Darren Potter, Dean Bowditch and Samir Carruthers are also expected to be restored to the starting line-up.
Simon Church, Sam Gallagher and Rob Hall are attacking options for Robinson, who will still be without the injured Mark Randall, Ben Reeves (hamstring) and Joe Walsh (knee).
Birmingham's Demarai Gray could play despite transfer speculation linking him with a move to Leicester.
The winger is understood to be staying at St Andrew's and is expected to return after being rested for the 2-0 League Cup win over Gillingham in mid-week.
Tomasz Kuszczak, Clayton Donaldson and Michael Morrison are all set to return after they were also left on the bench.
Nicolai Brock-Madsen is pushing to start after coming on as a late substitute against the Gills for his Birmingham debut.
