Goalkeeper Emi Martinez remains sidelined with a thigh injury which kept him out of the 2-2 draw at Ipswich and Carl Ikeme will continue to deputise.
Midfielder Jack Price is doubtful with a badly-bruised hip despite completing the full game at Portman Road.
Kortney Hause (hamstring) is out but Ethan Ebanks-Landell is available after recovering from a broken foot.
The Dons have no new problems and could also field the same team that started against Fulham last weekend.
Milton Keynes manager Karl Robinson does have options should he wish to tweak things and he might think about adding Carl Baker's experience in central midfield.
Matt Upson's calf complaint continues to be managed and Ben Reeves is still working his way back from his calf complaint.
The game will see MK Dons come up against former loan striker Benik Afobe for the first time since he was sold by Arsenal to Wolves in January.
