Partick Thistle manager Alan Archibald insists his side's William Hill Scottish Cup fifth-round defeat to Dundee United will not derail their quest to secure Premiership safety.
Thistle were sent spinning out through Scott Fraser's late goal after a replay at Firhill looked on the cards following an uninspiring tie on Tayside.
The Jags had gone into Saturday's encounter on the back of a 1-0 win over Motherwell in the league in midweek to ease their worries of staying up.
But Archibald is sure their Tannadice exit will not have an adverse effect on their battle to climb clear of the relegation zone between now and the end of the season.
He said: "We just have to move on.
"Although it was a hard one to take with the way we went out, we have got to get our minds on league business.
"We got a good win against Motherwell a few days before and we want to keep that going in the league.
"We have some hard games coming up so that is the priority.
"Obviously we are disappointed to have gone out of the cup. We didn't play all that well and the nature of the goal we lost was disappointing, and from an offensive point of view we didn't create enough.
"Still, there's lots of important games coming up. We have got Hearts next so that will be a tough one."
