Senior, who previously held recruitment roles at Tottenham and Charlton, and former Fulham first-team coach Hill were both appointed to the club's sporting director committee in May.
A brief club statement read: "Sheffield Wednesday Football Club would like to confirm that both Jonathan Hill and Paul Senior have today left the employment of the club.
"We would like to place on record our gratitude for their service and wish them both the very best for the future."
Chansiri, who bought a 100 per cent stake in the club from previous owner Milan Mandaric in January, initially appointed former West Ham, Newcastle and Norwich manager Glenn Roeder and former Hull chairman Adam Pearson in April to form a three-man sporting director committee to work alongside then coach Stuart Gray.
Senior joined the committee the following month and after Pearson had left to become executive director at Leeds, Hill was drafted in to help fill the void.
Chansiri told the club's official website: "I have enjoyed working with both Jonathan and Paul, their input during the start of my ownership period has been most helpful.
"As I stated when I announced the formation of the committee it will continue to evolve ensuring we harvest the best advice possible from worldwide experts within our industry.
"I have quickly built up a global network of trusted advisors and I am confident the committee will continue to build further on the success I believe we have already achieved during the summer transfer window."
Senior has previously worked as youth-team coach at West Ham and Crystal Palace before joining Tottenham as academy scouting coordinator. He became Charlton's head of academy recruitment in 2012.
Hill, a former assistant academy director at Wigan, spent nine years at Old Trafford where he worked in the youth department and was first-team coach at Fulham before taking on the advisory role at Hillsborough.
